Swimming

Considered one of the most complete sports ever, swimming improves muscle tonus increases aerobic capacity, provides organic strengthening, as well as makes children more comfortable in the water and favors sociability, especially if classes are in group.
A good adaptation to the water will mainly depend on the teacher mediation, respecting the development of each child. An important aspect to be highlighted is the time kids have for playing only. The higher number of toys (little fishes, dolls, balls, etc.) of different sizes and colors in the pool, the more stimuli the child will have, and the better his/her development will be, not forgetting the pleasure children experience while playing.
